Elaine Von Rosenstiel is the former president of the Bainbridge Community Foundation, which carries out community grant making activities on Bainbridge Island and in Kitsap County. She previously served as an advisor to foundations on early childhood education investments, as vice president for strategic planning at Group Health Cooperative, and as president of the Bainbridge Island School Board.
